The problem it solves

Every call your team cannot pick up, after hours, during lunch, in a queue, is a customer who may not call back. A missed call is not a neutral event. It is usually a lost booking, a lost sale or a support request that turns into a bad review.

An AI voice agent picks up instead. It answers in natural Slovenian, Croatian or English, understands what the caller wants, and either resolves it on the call or hands off cleanly to a person.

How it works

The agent listens to the caller, works out the intent, checks whatever system it needs (your calendar, your order status, your knowledge base), and answers, all in about a second per turn. If the request is outside what it is set up to handle, it says so honestly and passes the caller to a human, with a summary of the call attached.

Typical first use cases: appointment booking, answering the same five questions your front desk gets every day, taking messages outside working hours, and qualifying inbound leads before they reach a salesperson.

For technical teams

The voice layer is built for Slovenian and Croatian specifically, not a US-English model with a translation bolted on afterwards: speech recognition is tuned for both languages, including regional accents and noisy environments (a shop floor, a busy reception desk). Calls run over standard telephony, so no app or hardware change is required on your side. Data and processing stay in the EU. Every call is logged with a transcript and outcome, and handoff to a human is a first-class path, not an error state. Callers are told they are speaking with an AI, in line with EU AI Act transparency requirements for this kind of system.
