Vandri d.o.o. ("Vandri", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information obtained through our website (the "Website"). We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Slovenian data protection law.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. One is not required for a company of our size.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not run tracking pixels on this Website. Fonts are served directly from our own servers (self-hosted), so no font data is shared with third-party font providers.

4. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process the data from the contact form in order to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you
  • Prepare and, where relevant, follow up on a possible business relationship

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running our business). Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond to your inquiry.

5. Processors and Subprocessors

To operate the Website and the contact form, we rely on the following service providers acting as processors on our behalf:

  • Vercel Inc. for website hosting and delivery.
  • Resend for delivering contact-form messages to our internal email inboxes.

These providers process personal data only on our instructions and under data processing agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.

6. Data Retention

We keep contact-form data only for as long as necessary to answer your inquiry and handle any resulting communication, and thereafter only as required to meet legal obligations. When the data is no longer needed, we delete it.

7. EU Data Residency

We aim to keep personal data within the European Union / European Economic Area. Where a processor operates infrastructure outside the EEA, any transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate technical measures.
